FHR Corporate Team


Meghan Heddings

Executive Director

Tucson native, University of Arizona graduate and former Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona Chief Operations Officer Meghan Heddings is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of FHR programs. She also has oversight of FHR Cares, Inc., which awards grants to non-profit agencies that serve the less fortunate.


Jennie Grabel

Director of Marketing and Communications

Jennie supports Family Housing Resources (FHR), as well as partner organizations, Community Investment Corporation (CIC) and Southern Arizona Land Trust (SALT) with messaging and outreach. She comes with over 15 years of media and nonprofit leadership experience in the Tucson community.  


Krista Curtis

Director of Property Management

​Krista leads our multi-family affordable housing team, overseeing property operations and affordable program compliance. She has over 18 years’ experience in the multi-family housing industry, and has done everything from Leasing to Asset Management. She has spent the last 11 years working at FHR and enjoys helping provide affordable housing opportunities to the Tucson community.


Kristen Quinnan

director of programs and Operations

Kristen oversees Family Housing Resource’s existing programs with an eye towards expansion. She has extensive non-profit experience in community engagement, volunteerism, fundraising and program development. She has made Tucson her home for over 16 years.


Cris Yonsetto

Program Manager - Housing Counseling

Cris developed and manages the Housing Counseling program. Cris obtained her HUD Certification in January of 2020. Cris has been with the organization since 1998. She has been as integral part of building the Housing Counseling program including home buyer education and down payment assistance opportunities.

Charmel Foxx


As the accountant, Charmel is responsible for tracking and recording all financial activity within the organization, researching state and local policies, statutes and laws that may benefit the organization and collaborating with the Executive Director to ensure the financial stability of the organization. 


Irma Schoene

Accounts Payable Specialist

Irma is responsible for all areas of Accounts Payable including paying invoices in a timely manner, researching discrepancies and assisting vendors with questions on payables.

Angela Vasquez

Property Manager - talavera apartments

Angela has been with FHR for over 10 years and has experience working in every position, doing everything from housekeeping, maintenance, leasing, and management. She has been the property manager at Talavera for the last two years. Her compassion and dedication to her residents makes her a valued addition to the FHR Property Management team.  


Kimberly Pierce

Property manager-
silverwood casitas

Kimberly began working in housing as a leasing agent in 1987. After a seven year hiatus she returned to the industry in 1997 working in conventional multi-housing. She has been Property Manager for Silverwood Casitas since March of 2014.


Melissa Pacheco

Property manager- san pedro terrace
Benson, AZ

Melissa joined the Family Housing Resources property management team in November or 2019. Her previous experience is in the  behavioral health field where she had worked for over 4 years. She enjoys helping people, working with residents and supporting and maintaining affordable housing.


Francisco Mejia

maintenance supervisor

Francisco has worked for Family Housing Resources for 8 years. For the past 7 he has been the maintenance supervisor for Talavera Apartments. He came to FHR with 20 plus years of experience in electrical and plumbing. Francisco enjoys interacting with residents and guests.


Silvia Estapa

maintenance technician

Silvia began working in matinence for multifamily properties in 1999 and began working for Famly Housing Resources at Silverwood Casitas in January of 2016. She supports FHR properties as needed.


Erik Diaz

maintenance technician

Erik began working for Family Housing Resources at San Pedro Terrace Apartments in December of 2015. Erik takes pride in maintaining the affordable housing in the Benson area, where he calls home.


Ana Miranda

service coordinator

Ana has worked in social service for over 3 years. Her background is in victim advocacy, program coordination and resource management. She enjoys working with residents and within affordable housing. As Service Coordinator for Silverwood Casitas Ana supports residents by facilitating community gatherings and activities, as well as identifying services and resources to positively impact the residents’ quality of life.
