- 680 households served
- 436 One-on-one Homebuyer Counseling (Transitioned to Virtual)
- 63% of clients are female
- 57% of clients are Hispanic
- 87% of clients are considered low income by HUD guidelines
Property Management Data
- Over 80% of our low income households remained stable with the help of our assistive residential programs.
- Silverwood Casitas hosted over 85 community events for our senior residents.
- Over 25% of Talavera's residents have lived there for over five years, some up to 15.
- Our partnership with City of Tucson's Housing and Community Development and Community Bridges provides 35 households with affordable housing.
